Starting yoga can be intimidating. This series was created to help you feel comfortable by slowing down the flow of postures and adding in more mindfulness. Only once you have some understanding can you feel confident and comfortable in your practice. We're here to help guide you through the foundations of yoga. This program is for any beginner  who would like to start their yoga journey or an intermediate yoga practitioner who would like to deepen their knowledge of foundational poses, breath and philosophy.

 

We aim to help you build the confidence in your own yoga journey by building a solid foundation.
