Service Description
Join us for an evening of coziness where we bridge hygge with yoga. Hygge is a Danish word meaning, creating a good atmosphere with an emphasis on connection and nature. Surrounded by candles, flowers, and good company, we will enjoy a warm cup of ceremonial cacao, a heart-opening meditation and a relaxing sound bath. Cacao ceremonies are held all over the world but originated in South America. Its healthy benefits and light psychological effects make it a perfect aid in opening the mind for meditation. We will nourish the body with a healthy cup of cacao by not only taking the liquid into our body but also being present, savoring each sip and sharing space with your community. Bring your favorite mug for added coziness! If you forget, one will be provided. What Will be Provided: Mats Blankets Eye Covering Cacao* From Soul Lift Cacao *Try not to each within 2 hours of class or if you must eat, take light food.
