Service Description
Join us for a cozy morning surrounded by the lush greenery and gentle morning light of the greenhouse. We’ll share a warm cup of ceremonial cacao, settle into a heart-opening meditation, and rest deeply into the soothing sounds of Tibetan singing bowls. Cacao ceremonies have been practiced for centuries across Central and South America. Known for its health benefits and gentle mood-lifting properties, cacao serves as a beautiful companion for meditation and self-reflection. Together, we’ll sip mindfully, breathe deeply, and reconnect with ourselves and each other in this nurturing space. 🌿 What’s Provided: Mats · Blankets · Bolsters · Eye coverings · Cacao from Soul Lift Cacao ☕ Bring your favorite mug! (If you forget, one will be provided.) Please avoid eating within 2 hours of class, or choose a light meal beforehand. Dress comfortably for relaxation.
