Service Description
Creating memories with your community! Free Community Class | Registration Encouraged A mandala is a circular pattern created with care and intention. In this class, we’ll use the practice of building a mandala together, not as art for display, but as a quiet, shared meditation. Using fresh flowers, natural elements, and candlelight, we’ll silently work as a group to create a symmetrical design on the floor. There will be no speaking, no photos, just our collective focus, awareness, and the moment we share. Like the monks who brush away their sand mandalas once complete, we’ll dismantle ours at the end. The value isn’t in the finished product, it’s in the process: noticing, being present, and letting go. Come on your own or bring a friend and share in the experience. Everything you need will be provided. Ideally, you should eat 2 hours before the sound bath or at least, no heavy meals just before. Bring Water & Wear Comfortable & Loose Clothing. We will provide the rest. *If you or the person you are with has trouble getting into the floor, we will have pillows, bolsters and blankets to help make them/you more comfortable Location: NOPL Brewerton, 5440 Bennett St, Brewerton, NY Time: 10:30-11:30 AM Date: Saturday, July 25th, 2026, 2026
