Morning movement meant to build awareness and increase mobility in the body. This gentle sequence will be a combination of joint movements, breath awareness and guided relaxation. We will incorporate Hatha, Yin, Pranayama and Meditation into our weekly class. If those terms are new for you, that’s okay! You can find descriptions for each of these practices on our Services page. There are so many options for modifications, which allows each class the flexibility to meet you where you are at. Come and give it a try! Please bring a Water Bottle, everything else will be provided. Wear loose comfortable clothing that covers the entire body. You can cancel a booking up to 48 hours before the start of the class. However, we understand that life happens so please reach out to us before you cancel to see if there's anything we can do for you.
