Mother’s Day has always been a day about celebrating all of the women in my life. Those who have nurtured me, created a sense of home, and offered emotional support when I’ve needed it most. These women have come in the form of moms, adopted moms, aunts, friends, and grandmas. I’m sure many of you can relate! There’s always more gratitude to give, and more reasons to express it while we can. To celebrate this Mother’s Day, we’re hosting a special sound event at Brewerton Center for the Arts. It’s our way of helping you share a moment of peace and appreciation with someone who means the world to you. 🫶 Bring a woman you treasure! When checking out, just pay for one participant and enter the second guest’s name when prompted. Or come on your own and enjoy the warmth of community. 🎶 What to expect: You’ll lie down for 40–60 minutes while we play a variety of instruments around you, creating a calming atmosphere that supports deep rest and emotional ease. 📿 Tips for comfort: – Wear loose, comfortable clothing that covers your whole body (you’ll cool down as you relax) – Bring water, a mat and a blanket/bolster if you prefer – Avoid heavy meals 2 hours before class for the best experience Let this be a shared moment of stillness, gratitude, and care.
