Online Breathwork & Yoga Nidra

Service Description

Join us Tuesdays for Breathwork & Thursdays for Yoga Nidra on Zoom from 6:30-7:00AM. Begins September 10th Register for a Single Class for $5 or a Monthly Pass** for $20 Each class will begin promptly on time as they are only 30 minutes. We ask that you are ready to begin at 6:30 for maximum benefit. Tuesdays, you will be lead through a guided breath work practice. Each class will be tailored to the season! The end of summer/beginning of fall is known as Vata Season, a time when we are in motion, the air is in flux between coolness and warmth. We need foundational practices that. build on grounding and warmth. *Come to class prepared to be seated, on a mat or blanket using a wall or pillows for support if needed. Thursdays will be for Yoga Nidra. *Come to class prepared to lie down and be guided through an 8 step relaxation meditation. This deeply restorative practice takes the senses inward relaxing the body and then the mind. To begin each class, please have yourself seated on a mat with all of your props, blankets, water and warm, loose clothing close by. After you register, we will send you a zoom link for the class. If you cannot attend the class, we will send a recording of the class that will be available for 7 days after the session. You must request the recording before the class. **Monthly Pass : The Monthly Pass will be available only for the month that you registered. i.e. If you register on the 9th of September, you will only receive links to attend the class until the end of September. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel a booking up to 48 hours before the start of the class. However, we understand that life happens so please reach out to us before you cancel to see if there's anything we can do for you.
