Join us every other Saturday as we explore our range of motion, increase our mobility and development more awareness between the body and breath connection. PLEASE YOUR OWN MAT If there is a cancellation due to weather, you will receive an email letting you know. Otherwise, class will be scheduled as normal. Looking forward to seeing you there!
