Service Description
This class is designed to help you settle into stillness in a way that feels natural and doable. We’ll start with gentle seated movement to loosen up the body, then shift into natural breath awareness—getting to know how your diaphragm works and how to support long, steady breaths. From there, we’ll ease into guided breathing and meditation. This isn’t about doing it “right.” It’s about learning to meet yourself where you are and building tools to slow down in everyday life.
