Glasses or no glasses, no problem! ;-) All are welcome* Please BRING YOGA BLOCKS (if you have them). *If you have glacoma or have had eye surgery in the past 6 months, please speak to your doctor before attended. This practice is not advised for people who fit this description . Ideally, you should eat 2 hours before the sound bath or at least, no heavy meals just before. Bring Water & Wear Comfortable, Loose Clothing (that covers the whole body) Why cover the whole body? As the body becomes more relaxes, it begins to cool. If your body then must work to warm you up again, this may disturb the depth and experience of relaxation.
