Service Description

Unwind Under the Full Moon This monthly full moon sound bath is an invitation to slow down, rest, and reset as each new lunar cycle arrives. Surrounded by calming sound in a supportive, welcoming space, you’ll have time to pause, breathe, and settle into deep relaxation. Whether this is your first sound bath or part of your regular self-care, you’re welcome just as you are. What to Expect: 🌕 Deep Relaxation – Gentle sound vibrations help the body soften and release tension. 🌕 Mental & Emotional Ease – Many people notice a quieter mind and a sense of lightness as the body settles. 🌕 Restoration – Leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and ready to meet the days ahead with more calm. During the Session: We will begin with a seated, guided meditation. Then, you will lie down comfortably for 40 minutes to an hour while a variety of instruments are played around the room. Some people rest quietly, others drift into a light sleep—both are completely okay. No prior experience is needed. We recommend arriving with an empty stomach (no food within 2 hours before class). Please bring water and wear loose, comfortable clothing that keeps you warm. Why cover the whole body? As the body relaxes, it naturally cools. Staying warm helps maintain comfort and deeper relaxation throughout the session. Upcoming Full Moon Sound Baths: All sessions run from 6:00–7:00 PM February 2 — Snow Moon March 4 — Worm Moon April 1 — Pink Moon Location: Based Wellness 4464 Milton Ave #200, Camillus, NY 13031
