Meditation & Breathwork Free Community Class | Registration Encouraged Feeling mentally scattered or stuck in overthinking? In a fast-moving world, it’s easy to lose your sense of balance. This interactive class introduces simple, practical tools to help you calm your mind, regulate your breath, and feel more grounded in your daily life. Designed for all levels, no experience needed. In this class, you’ll learn: 🕯 How your breath affects your mind and nervous system 🌿 Simple breathing techniques for stress and focus 💤 Guided relaxation and breathwork practices 🌤 Techniques to reset during your day You’ll leave with practical tools you can use anytime to reset and feel more present. Mats, chairs, pillows, and blankets will be available. Please dress in comfortable clothing.
